On the 1st of October I will be running along side my colleagues from Tec Marina, in the Cardiff Half Marathon. For many of us, including myself, it will be the first time we've entered into an event like this, and it's been so inspiring watching everyone push themselves and improve so much in a short amount of time.

We have collectively chosen to raise money for Tŷ Hafan, a wonderful local charity that provides care and support to life limited children and their families, giving them the chance to make the most of the time they have together. As a team we are aiming to raise £3000 in total, any contribution you can make, no matter how small, will make all the difference to help Tŷ Hafan continue their amazing work.
