We are taking part in the Aberdeen Kiltwalk's Mighty Stride- 18 Miles from Duthie Park to Banchory on Sunday 4th June 2023 to raise much needed funds for Cairns Counselling, our Aberdeen-based mental health charity that offers a professional counselling service on a voluntary donation basis, so anyone in need of counselling can access it. 

We understand the huge importance of fundraising which allows Cairns Counselling to continue to offer a service which is accessible to all. Cairns Counselling offers a professional counselling service on a voluntary basis which means affordability can be taken out of the decision making process for people that need to access counselling.

Around 900 people per year benefit from the fantastic service the dedicated Cairns Counselling team offers and fundraising will allow the charity to support even more people.
