From the 24th of March to the 30th of April Myself (Cai Owens) & David Morgan decided to run 100miles in 7 days for Prostate Cancer UK. 

After 7no days of pain, sweat and a little tear we completed this. thanks to the support of our colleagues and friends here at Persimmon Homes. 

Myself and Dai were never alone during this challenge thanks to Alysha Martin who run everyday with us. We'd like to say a massive thank you to her for this.
