On the 4th March I ran the Milton Keynes Half Marathon, raising money for Alzheimer's Society - in memory of my Grandad, who passed away in 2008 after suffering from dementia. Its a great charity doing really important work - you can find out what they do/ what they are up to at - www.alzheimers.org.uk
