The St George's Hospital Paediatric Team are taking part in the London to Brighton Bike Ride in aid of the St George's Hospital Charity's £5million Children's Appeal, Time for a Change. Together we could:- Increase our PICU by a third- Transform the wards into bright and welcoming spaces, a home away from home for our children and their families- Create better facilities for our staff who work so tirelessly to provide our outstanding care. It’s time for a change.

I joined St George's Children's Services just over 2 years ago in the height on the COVID-19 pandemic. I was, and continue to be, surprised by the the amazing care and specialist services the clinical teams provide in estates which are just not fit for purpose. I am really proud to be part of Team Children's and so glad there has been so much support already for the Time for a Change campaign. 

As someone who hasn't done anything that could really be described as exercise since I lived in Brighton, training has been an uphill battle for me! Please help guilt me into finishing the ride by supporting me and St George's Hospital Charity!
