This year we'll be taking on 720 miles across Finland, Sweden and Norway. Starting in Lappeenranta, near the Russian border, and finishing in Trondheim on the west coast of Norway.

We'll be carrying all our own kit, and as always, we'll be completely self supported, which means there wont be a van behind us carrying kit!  Everything we need for the week, we'll carry on our bikes. From spare spokes, inner tubes and tools, to spare pants, thermals and a tooth brush!

Over the last 13 years we've ridden from Galway, Ireland to Thessaloniki, Greece, and all the way back up again to St Petersburg, passing though 29 countries along the way.  With your unrelenting support, we've raised over £46,000 for Cancer charities.  Thank you for supporting those who are fighting their fight against Cancer right now.

The day we will beat blood cancer is now in sight and the researchers are determined to finish the job.
