This is our 3rd year of raising the much needed awareness and money for Crohn’s and Colitis UK, but this year we’ve added another charity - Arthritis Research UK.

I've been suffering with Crohn’s and Colitis for almost 9 years now along with a large number of people in the UK and across the world and the amount we’ve raised during the past two events has been overwhelming, but we can’t just stop there – we need to continue to make a difference and help raise funds for the charity.

Why Arthritis Research UK as well?

Well Arthritis is very much a part of Crohn’s and Colitis but the real reason we’ve added this charity is because a good friend of mine’s son suffers from severe children's arthritis in his feet and lower back.
I know this is very painful and can't imagine how it must feel to be in that much pain at the mere age of 7-years old.

This year we’ve changed the venue to Bitton AFC Rapid Solicitor's ground and we’re also going to throw an after party in the evening in the club house, which will include an auction with some great things to bid on, and of course a good old raffle, so make sure you bring plenty of cash with you ;) plus we will hopefully have a special performance from a surprise tribute act.

As it is a family fun day too, there will be plenty for the kids to do on the day so why not bring not just your own family but invite others to join the fun as well!! (Details to follow).
