We Help those who face mental health issues to improve their health and wellbeing

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

We here at Balfield Road Arnold Clark have decided we want to help a local charity, one that more and more people are being affected by or know someone who is battling Mental Health issues every day. Dundee Association for Mental Health is a tremendous local charity who are doing everything they can to support everyone in their battles by providing a facility where they can meet new people, have fun by taking part in numerous activities and give them the foundations to take each step in their journey.

We decided to jump on a bike and cycle as a team to Champs-Élysées, the finishing point of the Tour De France. This is no small task, the journey is 790 miles long and whilst we have members of staff that cycle readily we have some who have never sat on a spin bike! The response from the entire staff base to get on the bike has been overwhelming!! Any donation is so warmly received and we here at Balfield and at Dundee Association for Mental Health thank you all very much for donating
