This is the 3rd year Bosham Youth Group have participated in the Big Sleep out. We started with just 2 kids, and last year we had 13! This is a really amazing experience, Stone Pillow are incredible and make this an event that is both thought provoking and fun. Sleeping in cardboard boxes - especially in the pouring rain - is a gentle reminder of why we are doing it - whilst it no way replicates what it is like to be homeless, as we have the security of so many people around, all full of adrenaline and community spirit - all with the reassurance of a hot shower and cosy bed the following night - it helps to remind us of how lucky we are to have those things, and that every person deserves to have the same comforts.

This is a really valuable experience for our young people (and people of any age!) and the money that we raise helps to give love, hope and a future to people who need it the most.
