Story
Hi,
My name is Sam Molnar.
Throughout my life I have tried to raise money for charity, from sponsored walks to golf days, the London Marathon and a grueling cycle ride in Kenya.
Ever since my mother died six years ago, and after witnessing the fantastic care she received in her final hours from the staff at Woking Hospice, I was saddened to hear that the Hospice needed money to carry on, and had already had to close a unit.
I then decided to dedicate my charity work to the Woking Hospice to pay them back for looking after my Mum and hopefully look after future patients to be able to leave this life with dignity and care.
In 2010 I did a concert with a certain Mr. Paul Weller and raised £62,000 (thank you Paul for your continued support).
Recently I have just completed a Rounders Match wearing a funny wig in aid of the Hospice.
BUT STILL THE HOSPICE NEEDS HELP.
So I will put these 53 year old bones back on a bike and through as much pain as it takes to ride 300 miles from London to Paris to raise money for the Woking Hospice.
Finally I would like to thank my family and friends for putting up with me and for all your help, and a big thank you to Nicola for roping me into this. Every little helps no matter how small anything would be gratefully received and appreciated by the Hospice.
Keep the faith!
Sam
Remember your Hospice needs you!
