Story
In honour of our wonderful Nan, my sisters and I are trekking up the Yorkshire Three Peaks on June 18th to raise money for Alzheimer's Society.
Last October we lost our remarkable Nan to Alzheimer's. Margaret Bown was a beautiful, caring and radiant woman and I will be forever grateful that she was in my life. My Nan was my fashion icon, she was always one of my biggest fans and she was someone I grew up admiring. My Nan is my sunshine every single day.
Alzheimer's is a complex type of Dementia affecting millions of people worldwide and is currently incurable. As a family we are so grateful for the phenomenal work Alzheimer's Society does and know that any money we can raise for them will go towards helping families and individuals across the country.
Three sisters. Three summits. One day.
Together my amazing sisters and I are aiming to raise £300 each and a total of £900. Any donation of any size is greatly appreciated and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Nan, we will carry you in our hearts all the way to the top.

Nan - It’s been the greatest privilege to have you in my life and I’m thankful for all the love you’ve shown. You were truly a remarkable woman, one of the greatest I’ve ever known. I’ll look to the sun and think of you, as I treasure every beautiful memory. My radiant, beautiful, most wonderful Nan-Nan. I’ll love you, always, for all of eternity.
Lots of love always,
