Close friends and family will know that me and Jade Frith aren't natural runners, but we have decided to challenge ourselves as well as helping out causes close to our hearts. 

I can't describe the amount of work they do at St Helena Hospice. This hospice, like most people, was completely unknown to me, this was until they helped two very special people in my life. Many families including my own are very thankful for the help they do, reasons that could go on forever.
