We provide care, education and therapy to children with brain injury.

Story

This year, The Hari has teamed up with the incredible The Children's
Trust to raise money for children and young people with brain injuries. It is a fantastic cause, and one that everyone at The Hari is proud to support.

Keen to help, I volunteered myself, and unbeknown to them,
my siblings, to run the 2019 Brighton Marathon. If I was going to go through the pain of a 26.2 mile jaunt around Brighton and what appears to be half of Sussex, then I was going to do it alongside Sarah and James.

This is our first marathon, and the training is not fun at all. Please do dig deep and help us reach our target for this amazing cause, it really helps drive us on.

The Brighton Marathon is on Sunday 14th April, and we’ve set ourselves
a £800 target each. Each of us will be doing different activities to raise as much money as possible.

A bit about the Children's Trust
The Children’s Trust is the UK’s leading charity for children with brain injuries. Every year over 40,000 children in the UK are left with a brain injury as a result of an accident or illness (figure drawn from NHS England). At our national rehabilitation centre in Tadworth, Surrey we help children make the best recovery they can after a tragic accident or serious illness.
