Story
I am hosting a Supper Club on 13 October 2022 in honour of GOSH as a huge thank you for treating my son.
In January 2021, in the thick of the second lockdown, my then 15 year old son (and the second in my gang of four) underwent emergency brain surgery at GOSH to remove a massive and previously undetected tumour. Every twist and turn of his story and recuperation thus far has met a miraculous outcome.
To celebrate his recovery, I am doing what I do best - gathering a crowd of people for whom I will lovingly cook a feast, all in support of the incredible team who saved William’s life.
Thank you to all of you who are coming to the event and to those who are donating here in addition to or instead of attending. I am extremely grateful to all of you who are contributing to GOSH and their pioneering medical breakthroughs that change the lives of many thousands of children each year, both in the UK and globally,.
Thank you for giving me the chance to publicly thank all of those who brought us to where we are today and to all of you for your continuous support.
