Story
Asalamualaikum,
In the name of Allah, the most Beneficent, the most Merciful.
I am here to my raise money on behalf of my beloved cousin Muhammad. Some of you may already know that Allah took his soul away last year, on October 2014. May Allah have mercy upon him and grant him the highest ranks of Jannah. آمين
Muhammad was an intelligent, kind and humble person. His mother describes him as a loving and gentle boy. He would show love to everyone regardless of who they were. He is loved and missed by many. Not one person could say a bad thing about him. He never held grudges and he loved to please Allah (SWT). His character spoke a thousand words.
This is our first Ramadhan without Muhammad and it breaks our hearts that he’s not here with us. So I have intended to set up this page in order to build a well for Muhammad, which will continue as Sadaqah Jariyyah for him, in sha Allah.
In this blessed month of Ramadhan, I kindly request you to help me fulfill this goal, by donating towards this cause. The goal is to build a well in Afghanistan or Bangladesh for a whole village where thousands of people can benefit. Lack of clean water is silently killing one child every single minute. Water is an essential part of life.
The Prophet Muhammad (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) said:
'The best form of charity is giving water (to drink)' (Ibn Majah)
Drinking dirty, diseased water is one of the most common causes of death in the developing world, so you could be saving lives for years to come.'and whoever saves one - it is as if he had saved all of mankind' (Quran 5:32)
With your help, you will be providing safe water to drink, wash and clean, to grow crops and to water animals. This can lead to healthier lives, a better chance to go to school or work and a route out of poverty.
So for the sake of Allah, please donate even if it as little as £1. Every time someone drinks from the well, you will be rewarded. Imagine on the day of judgement, your donation has become a mountain of good deeds because of all the people you helped. Invest in your Akhirah today!
This will become Sadaqah Jariyyah for you too in sha Allah. If you cannot donate then please spread this page to everyone you know.
The well approximately takes 6-9 months to be built and once it's done penny appeal will send a feedback report on how your support has helped the village. I will update everyone once it's done.
