AS alot of you know my mum died on the 20th july 2013 she was an isperational women! i am going to be running the 5k Electric Run in london for Marie Curie. They made my mum so comfortable in her last week of life and made me stop being her carer and back to a daughter who was about to loose their mum and helped me come to terms with what was about to happen as best they could. 

Mum wanted me to be the healthiest i could be so what a better way to honor my mums wishes and train for a 5k and smash it!
