Action Aid is an international charity that works with women and girls living in poverty. Their work supports and empowers females, improving their lives with various local initiatives. Their three main areas of focus are: violence against women and girls, Women’s economic empowerment And Women and girls’ rights in humanitarian crisis.

My family has supported ActionAid for as long as I can remember and I’ve grown up reading the letters and stories of the lives of individuals who ActionAid have helped transform. It is an honour and a privilege to be fundraising for a charity so close to our hearts through running The London Marathon”
