Story

Bryngolau Ward is an Older Adult Mental Health ward in Prince Philip Hospital, Llanelli. The ward can accommodate up to 15 patients at a time, all of whom have dementia or mental health problems. Access to a safe, stimulating outdoor area is vital for those who can often spend many months on the ward with limited ability to leave the ward in any other way.

We are going to be raising money through a variety of different fundraising efforts over the coming year as well as having volunteer action days to undertake some of the jobs that need to be done.

We will keep you updated with our efforts as the months roll on.

Have a look on Facebook for the Friends of Bryngolau Garden Page where you will be able to keep an eye on how the garden project is coming along or how you can volunteer to help us.

Thanks for taking the time to support our little effort in any way that you can.
