We are a Glasgow-based highly international lab working to understand and eradicate prostate cancer. As a lab funded through grants, we understand first-hand the important role that charitable giving plays in making breakthroughs.

For this reason, we are taking part in the March for Men, to raise funds for a charity so important in funding critical scientific research.

Our lab grows mini- prostate tumours in a dish, and films their activities using microscopes. We then teach the computer to recognise mini-tumours that spread, akin to tumours spreading in patients. We do this to identify molecules that we may drug to stop tumours from spreading.
