Yes, you read it right...from 22nd September 2013 I will be flying to Zurich and then cycling all the way back to old blighty. 

7 countries, 700 miles in 7 days.  I must buy a bike!!

I am cycling for the charity Help Harry Help Others, of which I am so proud to be a trustee.  Tim Andrews, who is the brainchild behind this 7inseven challenge, and I organised the Harry Moseley Charity Ball which raised over £100,000 in 2012.  We are hoping that the one in 2013 will be even bigger. 

Before that though, we have these 44,000 calories to burn!

I never met Harry, but he inspires me to do what I do.  Everyday!
