As you are all aware Karen, Ian and Myself have committed to
jump out a plane in aid of Alzheimer’s Research UK on Sunday 10^th
April at Skydiving St Andrews in Glenrothes in support of the Aston Lark Charitable Group.

jump from 10,000ft 😊

Sadly this is a disease that affects almost everyone in some way, and we would like to do our bit to help towards the research of this terrible disease and go some way in supporting finding methods of treatment.
