I am planning to do the London Triathlon on Saturday 30th July to raise money for the Koru Foundation. The Koru Foundation is a UK based charity set up to act as the link between the European renewable energy sector and energy poor communities in developing countries. 

They install community based renewable energy projects in poor countries which enable people to cook food, pump clean water, power homes, schools and health centres and run small businesses in a sustainable way.
