On 29/30th April 2022 I will taking part in the bike ride to Southampton to raise money for The Palace for Life Foundation. On 29th April we will cycle from Selhurst Park to Portsmouth (circa 80 miles) where we will stay the night before completing the ride on 30th April to St Mary's stadium (circa 30 miles) where we will arrive in time to watch the match between Southampton and Crystal Palace.

The Palace for Life Foundation has been working with the south London community for over 25 years. Existing to leverage the power of football and the Crystal Palace FC brand to change the lives of young people across south London, particularly the most hard-to-reach and hard-to-help. We work with over 13,000 people each year, inspiring them to find a better path and to lead a healthier life.
