Story

Thanks for supporting my fundraising. At Macmillan, we give people with cancer everything we’ve got. If you’re diagnosed, your worries are our worries. We’re doing whatever it takes. But without your help we can’t support everyone who needs us.Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs.

As most of my friends will know I am a huge Nicolas Cage fan, something I have always wanted to do is have a 24 hour Cage movie marathon, really it started out just for fun however I thought well I may as well do it for a good cause, I am not really looking for donations however I created a Just Giving page and put £50 in for Macmillan Cancer Support (link below) and I am happy if that is all I get. Its not something I ever talk about but both my parents died of cancer and if blending my love for movies does a little good with something else that is special to me, then why not.

Ok so my 24 hour event will start at 10am on Saturday 16th April and end on 10am Sunday 17th April (Easter Sunday). Due to copy right issues I can't stream the event however I will be posting with updates and pictures throught (if anyone cares 😂). Now I own 95 Cage movies and it was hard to pick 12 for sure, so dont give me grief on my choices 😂 I will be ending on my favourite and the 1st movie I watched of his Peggy Sue Got Married.

Anyway thanks for reading if you got this far and even a wee like is enough. THANKS
