I’m hosting a Cake and a Cuppa this October for the 540,000 people living with Crohn’s or Colitis in the UK. The aim is to raise awareness for this misunderstood condition and collect donations which will help fund life-changing research, vital campaigns for earlier diagnosis and better treatment options.
