Raising money for Ty Hafan is very close to my heart, as they helped soo much (also still do) and made things that bit bearable whilst i cared for my very poorly son. They were there throughout the good and bad and took a lot of pressure from my partner and I. Even down to the funeral they helped as much they could. And are still providing us and Jaydens brothers with support from special days out, celebrations and memorial services. The work they do is just brilliant. Tŷ Hafan is one of the UK’s leading paediatric palliative care charities and offers the only children’s hospice service in south Wales.
