Just keep Swimming!

Louise & myself started swimming outside in Brockwell lido as the first lockdown eased over the summer months. It was a salve, brought us back to life & back to ourselves. So as Autumn started and the temperature dropped, we just kept swimming.

This winter we know it's our privilege to get to choose to be cold, and to have the facilities to warm up, where so many others don’t. We would love your support to raise funds for Crisis this winter to help provide warmth and shelter for those in need.

We pledge to face the freeze once a week in Brockwell lido (Dec 1st - Feb 28th) (Or ice baths at home if restrictions apply)
