Broadplace is taking on the Twilight Runway Challenge on Saturday 17th September! With a mission to raise £300 for the Wildlife Aid Foundation in Leatherhead, the team will be completing 3K, 5K and 10K runs at Blackbushe Airport’s airstrip…after the flights have stopped landing of course!

The Wildlife Aid Foundation grew out of an overwhelming passion to protect wildlife. For over 40 years, they have been rescuing, rehabilitating, and releasing wild animals; now, dealing with more than 20,000 wildlife emergencies, every year. 

They have purchased 20 acres of land, in Surrey, and plan to create a wildlife corridor with vital habitats, establish a visitor centre to enable everyone to discover how to protect, support and live alongside our wildlife, and build a world-class wildlife hospital and rehabilitation centre.
