RunBalmoral, which takes place on 22-23 April, is a family event - but it packs a punch! Races range from a 1.5k children’s race to huge duathlon and even a monster 15-mile off-road trail run!

The Bristow team is challenged not only to take part in the events but also to complete a massive 3,000 miles of training runs ahead of the weekend itself!

13 members of the team are tackling the monster 15-mile trail run and one is even pledging to complete the 'Devil of Deeside' - every single event on the two-day calendar!
