Story

So as most people who know me will know my mom went blind back in 2020 due to a genetic disease she was unaware she had. Not long into her journey being blind she was able to start her journey with Guide Dogs Uk. She has since had a phone call to say she is one step closer and will hopefully start her training with her potential new Guide Dog, Beria very soon.

For a while now me and my boyfriend Connor have been giving back to Guide Dogs Uk by sponsoring our pup Dexter. So when I got the email promoting this event I was more than happy to take part and hopefully raise even more for such a great cause. If you can help my fundraising by donating I would be so grateful, however with the cost of living I understand not everyone can. If you can’t just by sharing my page someone you know may be able to.

Thank you,

Briony and Buddy

The ability to get around is vital in order to live a full life yet thousands of people with sight loss never leave home alone. We empower visually impaired people to do that and rely on the support of the public to fund the guide dog service.
