The Walking Challenge 2018 · 14 May 2018 to 2 July 2018 ·

The Walking Challenge is to increase your step-count and walk 4.5 miles (10,000 steps) a day, between 14 May and 2 July 2018. It's the perfect way to lose those winter pounds and do good.

Story

The Challenge is to walk 10,000 steps a day for 50 days and I persuaded 10 team members to sign up for the challenge with me. We have two teams: Ten for Ten Thousand and Bush House Babes (that name wasn't my idea!) and so far we've all walked at least that amount a day, with the exception of poor Graeme whose participation came to an abrupt end when he broke his foot!

I've challenged myself to be one of the top walkers participating in the challenge and so far have been successful in that as I'm in the top 20 (out of 3,200) so I have been putting in quite a lot of effort.

Any support you can give to me or other team members of either team would be fab and very much appreciated.
