Thank you to everyone who came together to make the ‘Bring a Pound to Work Day 2011’ a huge success. 

Just over 300 companies registered to take part in the day and £20,000 has already been received by the hospice.  We hope that by the time all the money is paid in we can match last year’s total of £30,000. 

Signal presenters were rushed off their feet on the day calling in to visit as many organisations as possible.  We were very pleased to see so many supporters and hear their stories and why they wanted to support their local hospice. Sadly, because of time constraints we weren’t able to visit everyone. 

If you need to pay your fundraising money in don’t forget that you can do this in a variety of ways:

In person:  Simply drop your donation into Fundraising Reception at the hospice in Barlaston Road, Blurton

In the post: Pop a cheque (made payable to Douglas Macmillan Hospice) for the amount raised in the post to Fundraising Department, Douglas Macmillan Hospice, Barlaston Road, Blurton, Stoke on Trent, ST3 3NZ

On the phone: Donate with a credit or debit card by calling 01782 344304 during office hours
