Taking inspiration from 500 Miles by the Proclaimers (my Mam’s favourite song), I’ll run, cycle & swim 500 miles over the next 3 months, inviting as many of you as possible to join me for one/some/all events, either in person (in a covid safe manner) or remotely, to do “500 More”. The target is to raise £1000* for cancer charities across Ireland and the UK in memory of my Mam, Bridget Hayes who died after a short battle with Cancer in June 2019.
