Hi, Bridget here.  My son, Tom, the gorgeous little chap in the photo, has autism. He is now, unbelievably, nearly 17!

In order to celebrate the fact that we have all survived this far, I have given way to the irrational (ie mad!) urge to cycle from London to Paris.

My initial aim was to raise at least £1000 for the National Autistic Society. What a fantastic response!..... HERE'S TO THE NEXT £1,000......
