On the 8th of December 2019 Team Bridge and CO will be completing the Santa Run at Victoria Park. Between us we will be running, walking and sleighing across the 5k finish line whilst raising money for the Winnicott Foundation. 

All donations made will be going towards their new Family Support Fund - an appeal set up to support families of premature and sick babies,  making sure their experience on the unit is as positive as possible at both St Mary's Hospital in Paddington and Queen Charlotte's Chelsea Hospital in Hammersmith.   

The appeal will fund :

Bereavement materials - inkless wipes for footprints and memory boxes

Travel costs for families who cannot stay on the unit to help relieve  financial and emotional anxiety  

Cereal, lunches, milk, teas and coffees across both sites for families 

Purchasing existing equipment such as mini-boos and octopuses to help connect families and their baby

Providing additional comfort in the parents rooms i.e. radios or mindfulness colouring books
