I'm doing the Big Dive in May to support the eating disorder charity Beat.

I'll be skydiving (GULP) with my eldest son David, who has been affected by an eating disorder and has received support from Beat.

This is a bucket list item I've always joked about doing, and can't think of a better way to tick it off than by raising money for this worthwhile cause.

The skydive takes place on the 15th of May, near Auchterarder, Perth.

Your donation will be helping people deal with mental health struggles and aid in reducing stigma in reaching out for help.
