We are raising money in memory of our Husband and Dad, Brian Beale, who passed away in May this year. Brian had a condition called pulmonary fibrosis, which is a devastating condition in which the lungs become damaged and unable to work properly. Pulmonary fibrosis is an unpredictable condition that is not well understood. It currently has no cure. 

We therefore wish to raise money for a charity called Breathing Matters. Their mission is to raise awareness and inspire fundraising for vital research into pulmonary fibrosis at University College London (UCL). The research focusses on the scientific understanding of pulmonary fibrosis, including possible causes, the biological process behind the disease, and importantly, the discovery of new treatments and potential cures.
