It’s that famous Highland Cross time again and I’m heading back to the UK tomorrow and joining up with Phil Prestridge (bp) at Heathrow and then heading up to Scotland for this years "Highland Cross" which is a 50-mile "Duathlon", running 20 mile cross country followed by 30 miles on road bike traversing from the West to East coast.

This will be the 22^nd event for me this year and the Cross is a sponsorship event of which is split up across various local charities and would kindly like to ask if you could make a donation or by sending me an e-mail for those in Baku and I will see you with the sponshorship card. Since 1983, over £2.5million has been raised for various charities.
