The Last One ...until the next one!

After running in the Brighton Marathon in 4 hrs 15 mins last year, I just had to have another go....to try for under 4 hours and at the same time to raise money for the CF trust .

Donating to the CF Trust makes a big difference to those like Nick with CF. The trust, funded by public donations is working on cures for CF, improving treatment for those with CF and is an information source for the CF community. 

So far so good with the training, I have completed a couple of 22 mile runs in the cold and rain, painful but just about bearable. So should be able to cross the line on the day. Never again and why am I doing this keep crossing my mind during training, so I am calling this marathon the last one......until the next one.

I did it...completing the course in 4 hrs 12 mins.
