i am once again running the ladybower 50 miler round the reservoir  in derbyshire. this is a multiterrain ultra run which although packs a small field into a large area , it is a superb event. i will be supporting  the motor neurone disease association this year.. this charity needs all the support it can get.. i few years back mick everitt who i worked with at msc passed away from this disease. i know through his son , danny and also people i worked with at the time , how much he is still missed....he was someone who i liked alot ..If a little bit of pain i may suffer on the day can be overcome by me, and some support can be given to people like mick and their families from this then it is truely worthwhile!!!  alot of money has been raised over the year for "teamginge" on behalf of mick and the Motor neurone disease fund, so any donations small or large would be greatly appreciated...  more information can be found under http://www.mndassociation.org..
