I am walking in memory of my late Aunt Hilda, who passed away on 25th June 2011 and i am raising money to help the Alzheimers Society,

My Late Aunt suffered from Alzheimers / Dementia, and it was sad to see her deteriorate over her last few years from a very actice and menatlly aware person to just an empty shell of a lady, who could not walk unaided, and spend her last years in a care home being looked after 24 hours a day

I am doing this walk on 29th Sept 2013 in the grounds of Wentworth castle, All i have to do is remember the Place - Date and Time

So please help me raise as much as i possibly can so that it will help others in need
