Event: 2019 Barclays Abseil for The Lord Mayor's Appeal, on 5 July 2019
We raise funds to tackle issues through influencing change

Story

Yes on Friday 5th July 2019 I abseiled the 150m high Barclays HQ, Canary Wharf in my famous Superman outfit!

There's still time to donate to the worthy causes below...

This is in aid of the The Lord Mayor's Appeal 2019 which is supporting 3 inspirational charities - Place2Be, OnSide Youth Zones and Samaritans - do deliver groundbreaking programmes and find solutions to some of London's most pressing societal issues. Together we can not only change people's lives but save them.

  • Place2Be, will enable 180 schools in London to provide children with access to mental health and emotional support so they grow up with prospects not problems.
  • OnSide Youth Zones, will help transform lives and communities through 5 state-of-the-art centers in areas of deprivation, tackling mental health, crime and employability prospects.
  • Samaritans are rolling out through companies wellbeing in the city a ground-breaking online programme, bringing Samaritans expertise into the workplace.

Please would you take the time out to donate to my abseil challenge and thank you very much for your support which will be greatly appreciated by those it helps.

Many thanks for all who have supported so far with their valuable donations which are very much appreciated.

Brian
