We support people to help rebuild lives after stroke.

Story

Towards the end of last year we sadly lost our Mum, Elizabeth Brett, to her second stroke.  In her memory and to raise funds for The Stroke Association, we have decided to run the Leeds 10km race on Sunday 4th July.  This race has a special place in our hearts as three of us (Helen, Miriam and Vicky) have run it various times before, always cheered on from the sidelines by Mum.  This is the first year we will be there without her, but we know she will be with us in spirit.

The Stroke Association funds research into prevention, treatment and rehabilitation, and it also provides help for stroke patients and their families.  We greatly value the work they do and the support we received after Mum's first stroke in 2007.  Please give generously to this very worthy cause.

Don't forget to tick the Gift Aid box if you are a UK tax payer.

Thanks for taking the time to visit our page.  Wish us luck in the race!
