I have agreed to go all out Duncan Goodhew for charidee.  On 14th August Victoria will take great pleasure in strimming my head to ensure I'm in tip top streamline condition for my 5k swimathon on 21st August.

I will be swimming and shaving to raise awareness of ovarian cancer and to raise money for Maggies Edinburgh who do an incredible job of supporting and caring for those affected by cancer.
