When Mum was sadly diagnosed it was the most devastating news.  We were scared and didn’t know what to do.  That’s when The Princess Alice stepped in.  They took charge of everything, helping us through  step by step.  

When Mum got so ill and had to stay at the hospice they were amazing.  Mum was cared for with such dignity and love by every member of staff.  They made us feel that nothing was too much trouble.

All the care and support we had during and after were second to none.  They have shown such compassion and empathy and have organised counciling sessions for myself and the children.

We really want to give something back so they can carry one giving the fantastic support and care to others as they have shown to us.
