Story
Beautiful Dolly came into Bredhurst Adoption Centre on the 3rd November due to changes in her previous owners circumstances meaning, unfortunately, she could not take Dolly with her. Dolly is a delightful little lady, exceptionally friendly and chatty and full of life at only 4 years old. When examined by our vets they discovered she has Luxating Patella’s in both of her hind legs which means her knee caps are slipping out of place and then popping back in. This is very uncomfortable for poor Dolly so her mobility is not 100% and she can sometimes lose her balance when jumping on and off surfaces.
Our vets have recommend a surgical option for Dolly to ensure the best quality of life for this young girl. Dolly has her whole life ahead of her and a lot of love to give her lucky new owner once she is ready to be rehomed. Until then she will remain in the care of the wonderful staff and volunteers at the centre where she will receive the love and care she deserves with extra cuddles for Christmas!
We would be hugely appreciative if you could spare some money to help towards Dolly’s surgery and aftercare. Cats Protection rely solely on the generosity of the public to continue the work that we do to care for cats like Dolly.
Any funds raised above and beyond the target will be used to care for other cats and kittens in our care at Bredhurst adoption centre.
Thanks in advance for your support and donations.
