Walk 10 miles on any day during the month of March to raise funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans

Story

This is my personal explanation as a veteran, a man and a client of CS. This is the first time that I have went live on social media with my own Mental Health.
I first got in touch with CS back in 2003,

I thought what the hell am I doing here, there’s nothing wrong with me, I have never been so wrong in my life about anything. CS did not save me as an individual, it saved my family, my friends, and most importantly my life. It’s not just about an individual, it’s about their loved ones around them as well.

When you see one person struggling there is at least 20 others around them going through a similar experience, watching someone on self destruct by any means possible is a very hard thing to watch however, if your the one on self destruct it feels like the most Natural thing to do.

Our natural basic instincts cover a magnitude of things like, love, caring, hunting, survival and fight or flight. What it doesn’t include is WAR and the things that happen in War, we are all human beings we are supposed to live a life with love and compassion not kill each other. Combat Stress gave me back the two most important things in my life , My Life and My Family and I will always thank them for this.

Please if you can help me, help them to help others that will become clients and there will be others.
