I am taking part in a 10k event at Rother Valley Country Park, near Sheffield on Sunday 6th March.  I'm aiming to give it all and run as fast as I possibly can and get as much under 50 minutes as possible!

I'm raising money for the Beachy Head Chaplaincy Team for this.  They are a life-saving charity and are very close to my heart.  Any donation, no matter how big or small, would be greatly appreciated.
