Story
Underbelly are proud to be hosting our annual Big Brain Tumour Benefit for the FIFTH year on 15 August in McEwan Hall. Join a massive line-up of the biggest names of the Fringe for a stupendous evening of comedy to help the fight against brain tumours. You can purchase tickets here:
https://underbellyedinburgh.co.uk/events/event/underbellys-big-brain-tumour-benefit
All box office income will go straight to The Brain Tumour Charity.
However, if you aren't able to buy a ticket to join us on the night (or, indeed, even if you can!) then we'd be so grateful if you could make a donation instead.
We are fundraising in memory of seven-year-old Alfie Bartlam, son of Underbelly Director Ed and his wife Lucinda, who died of a brain tumour in 2019.
The Brain Tumour Charity provides much needed pastoral care and support to those who receive a brain tumour diagnosis and their families; they work tirelessly to direct a spotlight on the symptoms of brain tumours; and they invest in pioneering research into the causes of brain tumours and to find cures.
The stark reality is that Brain Tumours are the single biggest killer of children and those aged under 40. We can change this by investing more in awareness and research and this is what the Brain Tumour Charity does.
