In memory of Adam Green
We provide children's hospice care to children and families across Sussex

Story

Adam was my friend, he as diagnosed with cancer at the age of 12, he fought bravely and without complaining for 3 years in the hope that one day he would beat his fight against cancer. Sadly Adam lost his fight on 10th May 2012 at the age of 15. This was devastating for everyone who's lives he had touched. Chestnut Tree Hospice cares for young children with life limiting illnesses and they were there to support Adam and his family at a very difficult time. They cared and nursed for Adam allowing him to spend his final days in the comfort of his home surrounded by the people he loved.
The work the hospice do is so important to families and I am doing the skydive for my mate Adam....he will always be my friend, Hero, Legend.
